- IGDB API Data: PlayVessel utilizes the IGDB API to provide the game data that we display. The ownership of this data belongs to IGDB, and PlayVessel does not claim any ownership over it. PlayVessel retains ownership of the layout and presentation of the data on the website.
- User-Submitted Pictures: Users may submit pictures to display as their profile pictures (PFPs) on PlayVessel - these pictures must be appropriate and free from any harmful or offensive imagery, text, explicit content, including but nott limited to sexual, racial, political, or other offensive material.
- User-Submitted Text: Users may submit text, including usernames, game reviews, and reports. This text must be appropriate and may not include any slurs, or offensive content of any kind. Vulgar language is allowed in reviews, but prohibited in usernames.
Compliance and Moderation
- User Compliance: We strive to ensure the availability of our website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- Moderation: PlayVessel reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that violates these terms without notice. Users found in violation may face account termination.
