What information do you share with 3rd parties?

Published: April 3, 2025Updated: April 3, 2025

Short Answer:

Nothing identifiable

Long Answer:

TLDR: You may see more related to what 3rd parties we associated ourselves with in your settings under privacy where we disclose everything categorized by every 3rd party, you may also see more information in our Privacy Policy, don't worry it's not a 200 page legal document, it's just a couple paragraphs and it's formatted nicely :)

We do our very best to respect the privacy of our users and you can see that at every decision we make, for instance every website needs to understand its traffic and visitor numbers, not just for tracking and marketing purposes but mainly to see how much usage the website is getting and if we are over or underpaying for hosting costs, there are many analytics providers and honestly most of them overstep their bounds, the most notorious of them being Google Analytics. As such we decided to use an analytics provider known as Fathom Analytics which was chosen due to the way they handle user privacy. Everything is collected without the use of cookies (which are used to track you) and is only used for site usage (most viewed pages, and certain button clicks, like clicking the login button) and do not store any user information whatsoever, geo-data such as country of origin and device type (desktop, mobile, etc) maybe also be collected, however this information does not require any scripts or anything on our side, that information can simply be obtained from the connecting IP (which could easily be spoofed with a VPN).

In addition to Fathom Analytics, we also use various privacy respecting alternatives such as Cloudflare Turnstile instead of reCaptcha which is owned by Google, tracks users, and scraps login forms (disgusting!). We deeply believe in a private internet for everyone and we treat our users how we wish to be treated personally, and we do not wish to be yet another service that oversteps their bounds and takes more than they need. We only collect what is needed for the site to operate, and nothing more, we don't want your data, no offense ;)
